FIRST MEDICAL CAMP DALKU- NOTHERN STATE IN SEPTEMBER, 2013

The first medical camp was held in Mahelyat Dalgo, one of the districts in the northern state al shemaliyya. The 24-man medical camp team guided by practicing physicians and consisting of graduates and students from the international university of Africa.

The camp delivered services on a rotational basis in each of these villages in the area: Soleb, Agoola, Koiya, Wawa, Ishyammatto with 350 beneficiaries. The main areas covered were;

  1. Healthcare day – lab diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral to specialists
  2. Health awareness against bad health practices and sanitation.
